I had a great stay at Bloom Hotel. The location was perfect, close to Seogwipo beach and with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the amenities were all I needed. The beds were comfortable and the bus stop right in front of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A fine hotel if you don't expect anything above average: Clean, comfortable beds, polite service. Compared to other hotels in the area, very reasonable prices. The location is close to the beach. If you want to see the Jeju sites, you should rent a car or hire a cab for a day.
The front desk staff speaks very little English (and no Japanese). If you need any information that exceeds the complexity of "I need a cab tomorrow at 7 am.", you will get blank stares.

Location is good since it is lose to Teddy Bear Museum and Ripley's, its just beside Lotte Resort & duty free shop.
The aircon wasn't working...there was only heater in the room. We had to request for an electric fan. The staff said from September til winter is over, the aircon is automatically being shut down and only the heater works. It was very hot in the room. There are no free toiletries as well.

It was a good location close to beaches and tourist sites.
We were disappointed with the staff's inability to converse in English; the room air conditioning was already turned off and was too hot and stuffy - even with the window open. When thw window was opened for cool air it was too noisy to go to sleep. There were no lamps by the bed for reading and was very dark in the room. We asked for two more pillows, but received a sheet for the bed instead. We probably would not stay at Hana again.

First room smelt like cigarette. We had to change rooms but this room was very noisy.

The hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests, despite the language barrier. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was within walking distance to several cafes and restaurants.
The lack of information available at the hotel was frustrating, as staff were unable to provide recommendations on nearby attractions or restaurants. The breakfast provided was very basic and may not be to everyone's taste, with limited options available.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it is centrally located in the tourist centre of the city and only a short walk away from many places of interest. Additionally, the hotel was right next to the airport shuttle bus stop, which made it effortless for us to move around the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also fantastic, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Lastly, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs.
No negatives from this place.
